Hosted Buyer registration is now open for CIBTM 2013 (www.cibtm.com), which is scheduled Sept. 2-4 at the China National Convention Centre in Beijing.

cibtm“The CIBTM Hosted Buyer program is one of the highlights of the show and attracts strong interest both internationally and regionally year on year,” said Jeffrey Xu, project manager, Reed Travel Exhibitions. “With a host of over 25 local exhibitors already signed up, CIBTM 2013 is set to be a great show for buyers looking to place outbound business into China.”

The hosted buyer program is the core element of CIBTM, providing meeting planners with proven purchasing power the opportunity to meet with exhibitors of their choice for focused one-to-one appointments. Last year, CIBTM welcomed more than 400 hosted buyers from around the world, generating more than 8,450 pre-scheduled appointments.

Benefits of the hosted buyer program include free flights from selected airports; complimentary four- and five-star accommodation at an official CIBTM hotel in Beijing; one-to-one diary of priority appointments with exhibitors arranged prior to the event; invitations to evening receptions and exclusive networking functions; entrance to the private hosted buyer lounge during the exhibition; and free access to the China Meetings Week and CIBTM’s Professional Education Program.

CIBTM hosted buyer applications are reviewed and accepted based on the number and size of meetings, events, incentives and annual conferences, individual purchasing authority, annual budgets for meetings, events and incentives, amount of business conducted and potential for future business in the meetings and business travel industries.

Senior and budgetary decision-makers for meetings, incentive travel, business travel, international conventions or events, are invited to apply online to become a hosted buyer at www.cibtm.com/en/HB/.
