Houston Tents & Events has acquired Jaacked Event Rentals and expanded into West Texas.
The deal creates Houston Tents & Events – West Texas Division. It also keeps Jaacked Event Rentals owners Jomar Alcala and Priscilla De Luna Alcala with the business.
Jaacked Event Rentals has served San Angelo, Midland-Odessa, Abilene, Lubbock, and nearby communities since 2019.
Acquisition creates West Texas division
The acquisition gives Houston Tents & Events a broader reach across the state. It also adds local leadership and market knowledge in West Texas.
In addition, customers will gain access to more tents, temporary structures, portable power, climate control, and event rental equipment.

Houston Tents & Events says the deal will help it support larger projects across several Texas markets. Meanwhile, West Texas customers will continue working with the local team.
