International Conference Services (ICS) Denmark, a leading professional conference organizer, received an award on Sept. 20 for the ‘Best Event in Copenhagen 2012 at Wallmans’.
“It is a great honor for us to receive this award, which is the result of a fantastic co-operation between our client, the venue and ourselves,” said Per Ankaer, managing director, ICS.
Praised by the congress host and sponsors, ICS Denmark co-hosted a Motivational Events conference at the European Association Osseointegration (EAO) Congress in Copenhagen on Oct. 20, 2012.
Attracting over 800 dentists and a total of 3,000 attendees, the event showcased one of ICS’s main sponsors, Dentsply, a company specializing in dental products. Creating a very memorable night for all attendees, ICS put together a special show, branding, table plan, surprises and transport logistics followed by a dinner for the dentists.
“The team at ICS is competent and friendly to their fingertips and extremely flexible,” said Jürgen Hofmann, senior manager event & congress organization, Dentsply. “All our short notice demands were met and negotiations with sub suppliers secured all our requirements and specifications. There are two words which don’t seem exist in ICS’ vocabulary: ‘no’ and ‘impossible’. The communication and cooperation ran smoothly and was so uncomplicated and relaxed that I never had any concerns.”
ICS Project Manager Marie Ekstrom was presented with the award.
