International Market Centers has announced that Elizabeth Moss, a 17-year industry veteran, has joined the Las Vegas Market tradeshow leasing team and two existing members of the team—Priscila Gilburg and Michelle Karol—will assume additional category responsibilities.
“We are fortunate to have such a seasoned tradeshow team in Las Vegas,” says Jo Ann Miller Marshall, president of tradeshow leasing for International Market Centers. “We couldn’t ask for a more talented and passionate team not only to lead the charge for the coming Market but also to prepare for the transition from the Pavilions into the new Expo Center next summer!”
Effective immediately, Moss, director of tradeshow sales, will oversee the HOME, DESIGN HOME and DISCOVERIES: The Antique Vintage Marketplace destinations; Priscila Gilburg, executive director of tradeshow sales, will manage the GIFT and DESIGN LIFESTYLE destinations; Michelle Karol, director of tradeshow sales, will handle the HANDMADE and CASH & CARRY destinations; and Jenna Henderson is the department coordinator for tradeshows in Las Vegas.
Moss worked at AmericasMart from 2002-2018 with increasing levels of responsibility for gift and home furnishings tradeshow leasing, including specific oversight of the High Design and HD Home temporaries. She graduated from Auburn University with a degree in apparel merchandising, design and production management. Moss will report to Gilburg.
“My passion has always been with tradeshows, particularly with the home industry where I am well-immersed in relationships and knowledge,” Moss says. “I am thrilled to join the Las Vegas Market team and help exhibitors grow their business. The synergy amongst the IMC tradeshows is opening a world of opportunities for these three major markets and I am excited to be a part of it!”
Gilburg, who joined IMC in 2014, has more than two decades of experience in the tradeshow industry, including management of NY NOW’s Accent on Design division and as a sales manager for ENK International Trade Shows.
Karol, who joined IMC in 2015, has worked in tradeshows for more than 10 years, including her role with NY NOW’s Handmade division.
Caron Stover, senior vice president of Atlanta Apparel and Las Vegas Market gift and home temporaries, has worked in tradeshows at AmericasMart for more than 15 years. She works with Las Vegas Market’s tradeshow leasing team to develop and expand the temporary exhibits.
