Zenvoy.com, a digital contact exchange platform that uses smartphone technology to improve the effectiveness of business networking, was selected by the IMEX Group as a strategic partner for the 2013 IMEX America exhibition.

Now in its third year, IMEX will be held Oct.15-17 at the Sands Expo in Las Vegas. It will attract attendees worldwide in the international meetings, events and incentive travel industry.

“Zenvoy is a valuable enhancement to a business meeting of any size; it enables event organizers to offer attendees powerful, easy-to-use digital contact exchange and networking tools,” said Leo Gestetner, CEO, Zenvoy LLC. He noted that this is the second year that Zenvoy will be partnering with IMEX. It will also be exhibiting in Booth 3259 at the show.

With Zenvoy, contact information can be exchanged in an instant, by scanning a QR code, typing in an email address or using the Zenvoy app. Zenvoy codes will be printed on the name badges of all IMEX America hosted buyers.

“Using the Zenvoy app, website or even email, the busy executives at IMEX America will be able to give the digital equivalent of their business card to other attendees and to receive that information from those new contacts in an instant,” said Gestetner. “Zenvoy stores that information online, automatically syncing it with their other devices. With Zenvoy, users can also add notes, reminders and other business-building information about each contact they have met.”

The IMEX America exhibition in Las Vegas will be the second of two major tradeshows IMEX is holding this year. The earlier event was held May 21-23 in Frankfurt, Germany. Zenvoy-enabled contact information appeared on Frankfurt hosted buyer badges as it will at the Las Vegas show.
