IMN Solutions, a meeting management company and strategic consulting partner in association and foundation management, has hired a new national account director. This new employee will handle several IMN Solutions clients and also work on business development.
Jennifer Haire, the new account director, previously served as national sales manager for the Indianapolis Convention & Visitors Association and worked at Experient, Inc., a major third-party provider of meeting and event services. She worked as a Meeting & Event Manager for three years and then a Strategic Account Manager for three years. She organized and managed all meeting details for the top producing customers as well as negotiated hotel and convention center contracts on behalf of major association and corporate clients.
Haire also worked as a national sales manager for Freeman Audio Visual, was manager of meetings at the American Subcontractors Association and has experience in the hotel realm, including Beau Rivage Casino and Resort, Renaissance Hotel in Washington, DC, and Fairmont Hotel in Dallas.

Haire is a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) and an active member of the National Capital Chapter of the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA) and has served for many years as chairperson of committees within the Potomac Chapter of MPI.
