Carpenter Chicago, Las Vegas & New Orleans
Jan. 20, 1970 – Dec. 30, 2021
“Best known as ‘Beer Bong Bill’ by his friends,” carpenter Chris Major wrote on social media. “I know he worked at McCormick Place in the ‘90s and possibly around the country in recent years. Rest in peace old friend.”
McCormick Place Site Foreman Brian Rudd also shared his memories on social media, posting “Beer Bong Billy was a great dude … John Vom’s crew and a tradeshow brother with Dominic Ricchio … will miss hearing him yell ‘Crusty!’ across the show floor … Godspeed Billy … you are loved by many.”
Bill attended Dwight D. Eisenhower High School in Blue Island, Ill., a southern suburb of Chicago, and was a member of the Carpenters Local 10 in Chicago from 1998-2006 before moving to Las Vegas. He is survived by his sisters Chrissy and Danielle as well as many friends and colleagues.
