inVNT, a live events agency that enhances and supports brand messaging for companies and trade associations, announced the appointment of Jennifer McEvoy as executive producer.
McEvoy, a 15-year industry veteran who has produced meetings on five continents, is one of several new hires that highlight inVNT’s rapid growth in response to a surge in client bookings.
“Jennifer McEvoy typifies the creative, experienced leadership that has made inVNT the live events partner for some of the biggest corporate names and trade associations in America,” said Scott Cullather, founder and managing partner, inVNT. “We’re thrilled to add someone of Jennifer’s skill and experience, strengthening the leadership team to position inVNT for further expansion as the live event industry rebounds.”
inVNT is one of the fastest growing live events agencies. Last year, inVNT grew its revenue by more than 250 percent compared to 2008, adding such high-profile clients as Gatorade, Merck, Barnes & Noble, Frito-Lay, Edison Electric Institute, Subway, The Associated General Contractors of America, the Society for Human Resource Management and the Outdoor Advertising Association of America.
McEvoy, with experience in creative communications and client relationship management, started in the meetings and events industry in Sydney, Australia, where she produced the opening ceremony for The World Energy Congress corporate award ceremonies, and high-profile product launches for Fortune 500 companies. McEvoy recently completed a year-long executive leadership education tour that involved meetings in Europe, China, Malaysia, North America and South Africa.
In addition to McEvoy’s appointment, inVNT announced the hiring of Jen Myers and Laura Hopkins as production coordinators.
Myers is a graduate of the Brooks Institute of Photography and a former freelance photographer with experience coordinating photo shoots for retailers.
Hopkins is a graduate of the University of Georgia who worked as an art consultant designing art programs for high-end hotels.
