The Pasadena Convention Center has hired Jon Dubrick as the new regional executive chef of Centerplate, the exclusive food and beverage provider for the Pasadena Convention Center and Pasadena Civic Auditorium.

With more than 30 years of experience in the food industry, Dubrick attended Washburne Culinary Academy and has held the title of executive chef at several high-profile restaurants in Chicago. He successfully founded his own luxury catering business and restaurant and is now a part of the Centerplate-Sodexo Leisure Services team where he serves as regional executive chef of the West Coast.

“We are thrilled to have chef Dubrick join our Centerplate team,” says Doug Finney, district manager of Centerplate at the Pasadena Convention Center. “He brings a wealth of experience from the food services industry that will aid in creating new and exciting offerings for our guests.”

Over the years, Centerplate has played an integral role in servicing a variety of meetings, events and conventions at the Pasadena Convention Center and Civic Auditorium.
