Lisa Dworsky has been named senior director, sales development at ConferenceDirect. She will manage ConferenceDirect’s preferred relations for hotel chains and destination management organizations and help preferred partners grow their business and exposure with ConferenceDirect.

Most recently, Dworsky was director of sales at Hotel Californian where she was part of the opening team and managed the sales and catering teams to drive revenue with banquets, catering, group and leisure segments.
For 11 years, Dworsky held a variety of positions with Starwood Hotels & Resorts including global account director where she managed some of their top strategic accounts including Siemens, Bank of America, Novartis Pharmaceuticals, GlaxoSmithKline and Honeywell. Additional roles at Starwood included director of sales and marketing at the W Miami and director of group sales at the St. Regis Monarch Beach. Prior to Starwood, Dworsky worked with Maritz Inc./McGettigan Partners for seven years.
A graduate of the University of North Carolina Charlotte, Dworsky enjoys spending time outdoors, skiing, snowmobiling and attending live music events.
