marketechMarketech recently celebrated its 25th anniversary with the exhibition industry. To commemorate this milestone, Marketech pledged to make a donation to the Food 4 Kids Backpack Program on behalf of all qualified attendees who visited Marketech over the course of EXHIBITOR2010. Exhibit and event marketing professionals responded enthusiastically, and as a result Marketech has donated $1,000 and 100 backpacks to the Food 4 Kids program.


“We wanted to do something special to commemorate our 25th anniversary,” said Mim Goldberg, president for Marketech. “In lieu of giving away some type of promotional product or other item, we decided to sponsor a charitable donation campaign focused on the Food 4 Kids Backpack Program. We believe our campaign provided a great opportunity to share our 25th anniversary milestone with those we serve.”

Part of Feeding America, the Food 4 Kids Backpack Program provides a weekly backpack of food to children at risk of going hungry over the weekend when federal free or reduced-price meals are unavailable.

“We are grateful for the support we received from the exhibitor community and want to extend a heartfelt thanks to everyone who helped us celebrate and support this very worthwhile charity,” said Goldberg. “We also want to extend our thanks to MTI Marketing for their help in providing the backpacks. We know we’ve been privileged to serve exhibitors over the past 25 years and look forward to serving them for many years to come.”
