Mary Lynn Novelli joins PCMA as print and digital account executive.
The Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA) has announced that industry veteran Mary Lynn Novelli, CMP, has joined PCMA as an account executive responsible for print and digital media sales. Novelli will cover the U.S. South territory and share the Mexico, Caribbean, South and Central America territories.
“I am very pleased to have Mary Lynn’s experience and expertise on our team,” said Sherrif Karamat, PCMA chief operating officer. “Mary Lynn has an extensive background in hotel sales as well as print and digital media. She is the perfect person to compliment our high performance team and will bring a wealth of knowledge and experience that is sure to benefit our advertisers and members.”
Novelli started at PCMA on Sept. 29, just in time to partake in the important Motivation Show in Chicago.
Novelli has a wide-ranging exposure to and understanding of the meetings industry and a proven track record of achieving sales and revenue goals. Prior to joining PCMA, Novelli was regional sales manager for Meeting Professionals International (MPI) in advertising and sponsorship sales. Her hotel sales career includes Sterling Hotels and Resorts regional sales, Marriott Hotels and independent deluxe hotels. Novelli has been heavily engaged in the meetings industry participating and volunteering in industry associations where she has received numerous awards and recognition.
