MC², a nationally recognized exhibit and event marketing company, has hired a new national account director. This position will be responsible for developing strategic client relationships, overseeing all aspects of a project from start to completion and creating new business development strategies.
MC² has selected David Brull for this position. Previously, he served as VP of marketing and membership for the Trade Show Exhibitors Association (TSEA), creating membership sales, marketing plans, developing strategic association sponsorships, managing meetings and events and overseeing all public relations and social networking marketing initiatives. Brull also coordinated and executed advocacy programs on behalf of association members and acted as a consultant to members on marketing challenges.
“David’s industry knowledge and expertise makes him an excellent addition to our Chicago office,” said Cindy Provencher, division president of MC² in Chicago. “David is a true client advocate. We are pleased to have him join our team in Chicago.”
Brull brings 14 years of experience in business development, face-to-face marketing, marketing communications, event management, marketing collateral development and project management.
“I strongly believe face-to-face marketing is the premier way to engage new clients,” said Brull. “This new role will allow me to assist brand marketers and position their programs for success with an innovator and leader in the tradeshow and event marketing industry. I also look forward to continuing to give back to the community as an involved member of TSEA by dedicating my time as a committee member and in other volunteer opportunities.”
Brull, who received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from National-Louis University, will be based in the Chicago office. He plans to remain active and continue his commitment to industry groups and non-profit organizations including TSEA and the Association Forum of Chicagoland.
