Exclusive program for executive-level event professionals will position the events industry to move forward together in wake of the COVID-19 pandemic
mdg: A Freeman Company is launching an exclusive six-week program for executive-level event professionals called “Leading Through Disruption.” Sponsored by Freeman, this weekly peer-to-peer exchange will focus on future-scaping and change management and is intended to provide insights and connections needed to thrive in the wake of the current pandemic. Each session will have a theme introduced by a thought leader followed by facilitated dialogue in small, break-out discussion groups.
“I’m extremely proud of the content we’re offering through this program,” says Kimberly Hardcastle-Geddes (pictured right), chief marketing strategist at mdg. “We’ve got leaders in strategy, design and data/research from Freeman and mdg who will be challenging participants to seize the opportunities associated with the changing nature of the events business. Furthermore, this initiative gives senior executives a forum to have in-depth conversations with their industry peers—to share advice, to ask questions and to find out what’s working in other organizations.”
