Creative marketing and exhibit design firm, MG Design Associates, has announced a new director of marketing.
Ben Olson, who has taken the position, brings more than two decades of marketing experience to help fuel MG Design’s growth and client service.
“As our clients’ needs continue to evolve, Ben’s rich marketing experience developing and managing experiential programs for large consumer brands will be an asset to MG Design clients looking for relevant and lasting impressions with their target audience,” said Rob Majerowski, MG Design vice president.
For close to 10 years of his career, Olson was an account director at a top global event agency developing and managing experiential programs for large consumer brands. His client programs have earned accolades in leading exhibit and marketing trade publications. He was also named a “Nine for the Nineties” emerging marketer by the American Marketing Association.
In his role at MG Design, Olson will implement internal and external marketing strategies for MG Design.
“He brings great ideas and the ability to weave technological solutions into our clients’ exhibit programs to create experiences that are engaging and measurable experiences,” said Majerowski.
One of Olson’s first experiential marketing programs at MG Design has been assisting the team in developing the firm’s EXHIBITOR2011 campaign.
