In the second half of 2014, Reed Exhibitions China, together with its sister company Reed MIDEM, will launch MIPIM China in Shanghai.
Based on the successful MIPIM concept, MIPIM China will be a dedicated exhibition, conference and networking event for real estate professionals who are specifically interested in the Chinese market. Participants will include exhibitors and visitors from China and other countries.
Reed MIDEM, organizer of MIPIM and MIPIM Asia, also announces plans to develop MIPIM Asia in Hong Kong in 2013. The 8th edition of MIPIM Asia will take place in the Grand Hyatt, Hong Kong, Nov. 5-6 with the collaboration of Reed Exhibitions China and will focus exclusively on a high-level conference program, premium networking opportunities and the popular MIPIM Asia Awards. The event will be a summit for leading real estate decision-makers operating throughout the Asia property market.
“I am delighted Reed Exhibitions China is teaming up with Reed MIDEM to introduce the MIPIM brand to China with this new event in Shanghai in 2014, and we have already received enthusiastic support from a number of Chinese real estate companies,” said Paul Beh, South Asia president, Reed Exhibitions. “The exhibition-based format in China will complement the summit in Hong Kong.”
