MMPI is pleased to announce that Katherine Skelton has been named the new director of leasing for L.A. Mart Gift. In her new position with MMPI, Skelton will play an integral role in all of the leasing and sales activities for L.A. Mart Gift.
“We are extremely pleased to have Katherine join our leasing team,” said Mark Furlet, vice president and general manager, L.A. Mart and California Gift Show. “Katherine is joining us during an exciting leasing time, as we have had many new additions to the L.A. Mart, including three new leases signed in November.”
Skelton joins MMPI with 14 years of experience in specialty leasing at a variety of shopping centers ranging from regional to high-end centers. Skelton previously worked as the specialty leasing manager (SLM) for the Simon Property Group in Florida, Washington, D.C., and Orange County. Prior to her role as a SLM, she was the leasing manger at Macerich Company and started her career at Rouse Company as a specialty leasing assistant.
