Continuing its push to feature further advancements in health technology, consumer health care mobile application provider Humetrix will demonstrate their latest apps during the International CES in January 2014 in Las Vegas.
The apps are designed to allow give patients more control over their health care data, according to company officials.
Unveiling ICEBlueButton, which is available on iTunes and Google Play, first responders, physicians and good Samaritans can access a patient’s health history, if necessary, and the user’s emergency contacts, all at a touch of a button.
Meanwhile, the company’s iBlueButton allows patients to download their health record to their mobile device and share it with their medical provider at the time of their appointment.
Dr. Bettina Experton, CEO, Humetrix, will be a featured speaker Jan. 8 as part of the International CES Digital Health Summit during a panel titled Part 1-The Empowered Consumer.
