Exhibit City News (ECN), the nation’s only tradeshow industry newspaper, recently added Natalie Relf to the editorial staff. She has accepted the position of editorial assistant and writer, bringing with her 17 years of experience in tradeshow production.
Relf is a recent graduate of the College of Southern Nevada (CSN) where she was an officer and member of the National Communication Association’s honor society Sigma Chi Eta Phi Delta chapter. In her two years at CSN, Relf successfully earned two degrees, an associate of arts in journalism and media studies and a general associate of arts. Relf is presently pursuing a bachelor of arts at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
Relf completed her internship at local public relations firm The Ferraro Group and is proficient in editing, writing, publication, media aesthetics, and public speaking.
“The entire staff at ECN is excited to add Natalie to our team,” said Don Svehla, Exhibit City News publisher. “Her experience in the tradeshow industry and her training as a journalist will greatly contribute to our ability to deliver industry news as it happens.”
Prior to joining ECN, Relf was and is a teamster member of local 631 since 1992. Self-made in the industry, she began her career in the exposition field in I&D and shortly after made the move to general contractor at GES. She served exhibition clients as a decorating foreman for six years. Having worked for various companies in a range of departments, Relf is an authority in all areas of tradeshow production.
