National sales manager joins the PCCA

The Pennsylvania Convention Center Authority (PCCA) has announced a new national sales manager. This employee is responsible for selling the newly expanded Pennsylvania Convention Center (PCC) space.

Jason D. Petrak, the new national sales manager, is responsible for selling PCC space to the corporate, medical & pharmaceutical, scientific, technology and sports markets in addition to national associations based in Chicago and the western states.

Petrak has an extensive background in the hospitality field, and served most recently as the national sales manager for the Doubletree Guest Suites Hotel, Plymouth Meeting. Prior experiences include serving as associate director of sales at the Hilton Garden Inn Center City, as well as various positions with Marriott International.

Petrak is a graduate of The University of Delaware and is a member of Philadelphia and New Jersey chapters of MPI. He and his wife Carolyn, along with their two children Josie (5 years) and Christian (2 years) reside in Wilmington, Delaware.
