National Trade Productions Inc. (NTP) has announced a new vice president of sales. This new position will be responsible for administrating the sales for managed and proprietary shows.
Craig Hoffend, the new VP, has spent his entire career in the tradeshow industry. He started out in 1987 in Rochester, New York working for his family’s business, Hoffend Xpositions. In 2001, Hoffend Xpositions merged with Freeman, where Craig spent nine years working in national tradeshow sales and the corporate events division as director of sales.
In 2010, Craig left Freeman to pursue new opportunities through his own consulting business, Hoffend Management Services. His primary focus was to help international organizations bring events inbound to the United States, working with domestic organizations on Request For Proposal development, and providing tradeshows and conventions with overall event support.
Craig has completed the Certification in Exposition Management (CEM) program with IAEE, has served as a board member of the IAEE Midwest Chapter and participated on the IAEE Committee for Environmentally Responsible Exhibitions.
