Nimlok, a premier provider of modular, custom, and portable tradeshow exhibits, has launched a new contest encouraging visitors to explore augmented reality technology.
Allowing participants to experience Nimlok custom exhibits in 3-D, the goal of the contest is to find “Nimmy,” the company mascot, hidden within one of the five featured exhibits. The contest runs Oct. 30 through Dec. 15.
Participants simply download and print Nimlok’s custom exhibits brochure and follow instructions to see the exhibits in 3-D. When a participant finds Nimmy, they can enter for a chance to win one of three prizes:
- Grand Prize: iPad and Freestanding iPad Stand
- 1st Place: Apple iPad Mini
- 2nd Place: Choice of a Smart Banner 01 or $200 Nimlok online credit
“Using augmented reality technology allows us to present large-scale exhibits in a fun, creative and interactive manner,” said Amy Benes, marketing supervisor, Nimlok. “Nimlok has always embraced new trends in exhibiting solutions, so we wanted to showcase a way contest participants could incorporate interactive technology into their own exhibiting strategies.”
