Renaissance World Golf Village Resort and Convention Center, a facility in Jacksonville/St. Augustine, Fla., promoted an employee to destination services manager.
In her new position, Natalie McBride is responsible for assisting meeting professionals, association executives, incentive/recognition specialists and event planners with the coordination of their programs and events at the resort as well as for off-property activities and functions.
“Natalie is the perfect person to oversee our Destination Services team and department,” said Jeffrey Oliasami, general manager, Renaissance World Golf Village Resort and Convention Center. “Her creativity, attention-to-detail, great rapport with clients and guests, leadership and her ability to produce and oversee incredible events and programs make her the perfect person for the position.”
Prior to her promotion, McBride served as destination services specialist at the resort, a position that she held for two years.
Before joining the resort, she served as sales manager for Destination Planning Corp., where she produced and designed weddings and events for individuals, non-profit organizations, corporations and associations. Her experience also includes serving as office manager/special events assistant at MMD Events, Inc., and as coordinator’s assistant at Unique Event Design, LLC.
She earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Florida.
