Radius Display Products, fabric tradeshow exhibits provider, recently announced an organizational restructuring and the promotion of a long time team member. Effective immediately, the sales department will be split into two new departments; Sales & Marketing and Client Services. Radius also announced that Ross Trayler has been promoted to vice president of client services.
“The organizational change will allow our teams to more clearly focus on their areas of core competence,” said Tim Lightfoot, president of Radius Display Products. “Anyone who has done business with us over the past 33 years knows that customer service is our greatest strength. Having our Client Services department report directly to me will give it the prominence and attention it deserves, as well as free up our Sales & Marketing team members to focus on that crucial part of the business.”
“I am very excited for Ross,” said Sherry Day-Mueller, VP of sales & marketing. “Ross quite literally grew up here at Radius. He started in our shipping area 25 years ago and has held many roles. He has led our team of customer service representatives over the past few years in his role as dealer sales manager. This new assignment really plays to his strengths as an advocate for our clients and a manager of the folks that are the really the face of our company to our clients.
“I’m also excited that I will be able to focus my efforts on sales and marketing,” said Day-Mueller. “We have so many new products and processes to market and train our customers on, and so many new ways to reach those customers, that there doesn’t seem to be enough time in a day to talk about it all.”
