RES Exhibit Services LLC has announced the growth and expansion of its organization nationwide. RES is growing to further meet the creative and strategic needs of the ever-changing tradeshow industry.


One of the many departments experiencing growth is in creative services. Through this department’s expansion, RES has announced the hiring of Kara Painting as the new vice president of creative services. Painting comes to RES with an extensive background in creative leadership, most recently serving as creative director and managing partner in the advertising industry. At RES, Kara will oversee creative operations and will draw on her experience to ensure the company is aligned with the goals of RES’ clients. Painting also serves as a professor of Communications design at Syracuse University.

Since Painting’s addition to RES, the company has announced the hiring of two new employees: Erick Gustafson and Andrew Narayan are the first of ten additions to the organization.

Erick Gustafson, senior exhibit designer, comes to RES with a strong background in theatrical set, lighting and trade show exhibit design. Erick has previously worked in exhibit design and engineering as Gilbert Displays, Spoon Exhibits and Mirror Show Management. At RES, Erick will be responsible for collaborating with the senior creative team, creating dynamic tradeshow experiences.

Andrew Narayan

Andrew Narayan

Andrew Narayan, new media designer, comes to RES with experience in motion graphics, animation, and interactive design. Andrew is a graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) and has worked as a 3D Artist, Animator, and Motion Designer at Limerick Studios, located in Charlotte, NC. With Andrew’s specialties in Motion Graphics, he will be actively involved in kinetic and graphic design, and interactive technology experiences.
