Ronnie Trotter Is beMatrix Production Manager

beMatrix, the inventor of the modular frame system with big holes, has announced that Ronnie Trotter will be joining the team as production manager. Trotter brings over a decade of industry experience, including operations manager at Quickrete, manufacturing plant manager at Oneup Innovations, and a mechanical engineer at Mercedes-Benz. Trotter’s impressive skill set includes evaluation of operational stability and how it can improve efficiency and profitability, as well as comprehensive knowledge of production management and organizational development.

“We overhauled our strategy and improved efficiency between departments by implementing measurable KPIs and identifying bottlenecks. These KPI’s give us a sense of how we’re performing for our customers. My goal is to reduce lead times and ensure consistent quality,” says Trotter.

“We have been impressed with what Ronnie has already brought to beMatrix,” comments Tara Ericson, CEO beMatrix USA. “He has implemented a 5S structure to ensure we improve on our already high-quality standards, and has streamlined our production workflow to increase efficiency and lower lead times”

In response to his time at beMatrix so far Trotter said, “I love it, it’s amazing – I’ve never seen a work culture like it, ever.”

Trotter is married and has two children, a 15-year-old son and a 10-year-old daughter. And when he’s not riding his beloved Harley Davidson, you can find him on the golf course, or following his son’s burgeoning wrestling career.
