Shepard continues growth in sales department

Shepard Exposition Services continues its stance in general contractor sales with the addition of three new national sales managers.

“This rapidly evolving industry simply means we have to make sure that the right people are on the team,” said Richard Maples, vice president of sales. 



Elizabeth Ritter, who will work out of the Las Vegas, Nev. branch, joined Shepard in July 2011, coming from Champion Exposition Services.  She has over 18 years of combined experience in the hospitality and exposition services industries.  With a strong background in both sales and marketing, Elizabeth will be an

asset to the Las Vegas sales team. 

Nancy Davis is another addition to Shepard’s Las Vegas sales team, joining a few weeks after ElizabethNancy comes to Shepard from GES, where she worked for 13 years in sales on shows throughout the United States.  She also worked as a sales executive in the Las Vegas hotels, including MGM and Bally’s.  Her experience in both tradeshow and facility sales will make her transition to Shepard a simple one.

Heather Zucker will be joining Shepard’s Baltimore sales team in August 2011.  Prior to Shepard, Heather worked as a sales manager for the Baltimore Convention Center and will continue her role as the program

chair as well as a board member for the Chesapeake Chapter of the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA).  Her experience on the facility side as well as her involvement in industry associations is a winning combination for Shepard.

Shepard will incorporate this new talent to capitalize on their reputation as a national general contractor for tradeshows.
