Sho-Link Incorporated, the national event services company, recently announced promotions in the corporate office.
Toni Jendras, who brings five years of experience to Sho-Link, was promoted to office manager. Jendras previously supported the Chicago show floor team as well as client relations.
“Jendra’s enthusiasm, energy and show floor experience are a few of the qualities she brings to this position,” said Alan Scaccia, president and CEO. “We value her consistent commitment to providing clients outstanding service.”
Lauren Wozniak, who has been with the company for six years, has been promoted to Estimator. Wozniak has been assisting Ken Broadbent and Joe O’Reilly with estimates for a few years and she has honed her skills well. During her six years, she was awarded 2009 Corporate Employee of the Year. In Lauren’s new role, she will be the primary contact and manage the daily operations of all estimate requests.
“This has been a natural progression as Lauren, as a part of the estimating team, has been providing estimates for the past few years,” said Joe O’Reilly, regional operations manager.
Jean’s Keefe’s primary focus changed from the daily corporate office operations to sales and marketing.
“We believe the time is right to enrich our connections and broaden our network within the Sho-Link membership and beyond,” said Scaccia. “With the addition of this new role we have increased our availability for our members’, their clients’ and external clients’ growth.”
Keefe, as the relationship manager, is the resource for Sho-Link’s capabilities. Her goals
also include working with new clients, as well as research and development of new opportunities with members, new members and non-members alike, to provide them the quality customer service they are searching for.
