Smart City Networks, an event technology provider, renewed its contract with the Anaheim Convention Center (ACC). The contract is for seven years with a three-year option.
A key feature of the new agreement is to upgrade and replace the convention center’s existing wired and wireless network while providing a 10-gigabyte connection, which gives guests the fastest connection in the industry. In addition, Smart City will provide comprehensive telecommunications and Internet services for the venue’s numerous events and tradeshows.

The ACC opened in 1967, and has hosted some of the city’s biggest events. The 1.6 million square-foot convention center is the largest exhibition facility on the west coast. The ACC is the site of numerous trade shows and conventions, including the NAMM Show, Natural Products Expo West, MD&M West, D23 and WonderCon.
