Event-marketing firm Sparks announces the hiring of a new West Coast general manager in charge of growing the business there.
Mike Garrity has joined Sparks as its newest general manager and previously worked as division president for TSF in Orlando and nine years as division president of MC2 in Las Vegas. Prior to MC2, Garrity lived in Orange County, Cal., for 13 years and was the president and CEO of Sho-Air International.
Garrity is doing business out of Sparks’ Los Angeles office but will relocate to the firm’s new Las Vegas facility in 2013. His focus will be on growing the western region, and he will be in charge of Sparks’ Las Vegas manufacturing and storage operations. He also will serve as a management resource for all West Coast personnel.
