More than 150 general managers and assistant general managers from the over 118 Global Spectrum-managed venues around the world gathered at the Greater Richmond Convention Center in Richmond, Va., for the Global Spectrum General Managers International Meeting.
From Oct. 21-23, the three-day conference focused on maximizing the company resources, increasing revenue, event creation and achieving the dream.
An annual gathering, the sessions discussed topics like marketing, public relations, ticketing, food and beverage, charity initiatives, human resources, arena/convention center cross-training, Q&A with C level management and in-house event creation.
