Switch hires new director of strategic insights and creative director

Switch Liberate Your Brand recently hired two new employees. Headquartered in St. Louis, Mo., Switch creates and produces marketing programs and specializes in live events, field marketing, sponsorship activation, digital media, exhibits and environments.


As director of strategic insights, Stephanie Glastetter of Maryland Heights will design and conduct research to uncover consumer insights to drive the agency’s development of effective marketing programs. Her efforts support Switch in developing strategic insights for both current and prospective clients.

Prior to Switch, Glastetter worked for Covidien Pharmaceutical in St. Louis as a senior market research analyst. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications with an emphasis in advertising from Southeast Missouri State University.

Rebecca Reardon

Rebecca Reardon

As creative director, Rebecca Reardon of Holly Hills will focus primarily on Switch’s Anheuser-Busch InBev account and other new business opportunities specific to the beverage industry. Reardon previously worked as creative director with GMR Marketing on MillerCoors work, as well as Beam Brands and Philip Morris. Prior to GMR, she worked at MillerCoors as brand manager and field marketing manager.

Reardon has a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing Communications from Cardinal Stritch University in Milwaukee, Wis.
