TenFab Design LLC, has announced the upcoming expansion of its production facilities in Lincolnwood, Ill. TenFab is adding 43,000 square feet to their current 10,000 square feet, increasing their total facility space by a factor of five.
TenFab’s increased space will give the company an increased capacity to take on more tensioned fabric projects and satisfy more customers.
“We are really excited to be adding to our production space,” said Benjamin Cornue, general manager. “TenFab has been seeing significant growth over the last year, and we’re simply running out of space in our current production facility. Not only will this expansion allow us to spread out and continue our growth, but it also allows us to carve out a space for in-house printing. It’s something that our clients have been asking for, and now it’s something that we’re able to deliver.”
This expansion will also bring TenFab’s printing partner under the same roof in a 6,000 square-foot, climate-controlled section of the facility. Having a sub-dye printer in-house will both speed print production and increase communication efficiency between the two companies.
TenFab will also be erecting increased office space on the production floor out of tensioned fabric, which will allow clients even greater access to the facilities and the TenFab team.
