Xpert Exposition Services, a Las Vegas-based national exposition company specializing in tradeshows, corporate events and exhibit installation, has hired a new vice president of national sales charged with overseeing new business growth and account fortification.
Rick Chapman brings decades of experience in the hotel and conventions industry to Expert Exposition Services.
“We are thrilled to welcome Rick as our new sales force lead,” said Robert Breedlove, CFO, Xpert Expositions Services. “He is an emphatic leader and brings a wealth of knowledge to Xpert.”
Chapman spent 34 years in the hotel and convention bureau industry and co‐founded CS Meetings Direct, an event- and meetings-planning company. He also formed Connections Group, a strategic alliance of independent convention and tradeshow companies.
Chapman also held senior management positions with MGM Grand Reno, Bally’s Reno, San Diego Convention and Visitor’s Bureau, Silver Legacy, Hawaii Convention and Visitor’s Bureau, Reno Sparks Convention and Visitor’s Authority, Reno Hilton and the Peppermill Resort Spa Casino. Chapman has been very active with NCOT, IAEE, PCMA, MPI and ASAE.
