Nimlok-NYC has long been known for its innovative design and displays as well as its green initiatives. It is this reputation which led the firm to be selected to create an exhibit for Ferring Pharmaceuticals at this year’s American Urological Association (AUA) meeting; and even months after the event, their one of a kind exhibit is still making waves.
“Ferring was looking for an exhibit that had a bold design, that was also lightweight and could easily be reconfigured to meet the requirements of their tradeshow and convention schedule. For the annual meeting of the AUA, there was absolutely no doubt Ferring was looking for something which would make a splash,” said Tim Purcell, vice president of Nimlok-NYC.
The booth designed by Nimlok’s Tyler Posey certainly succeeded on that front. With an open design beckoning visitors in, the 50-foot long, 18-inch high, 2,000-square-foot exhibition space featuring an interactive game show was the topic of many discussions before, during and after the event.
Built to be reusable and using environmentally friendly materials whenever possible in accordance with Nimlok’s environmentally conscious approach to tradeshow exhibit design, the spacious, airy feeling of Ferring’s exhibit was instrumental to their successful efforts to educate attendees about the company’s latest offerings. As is invariably the case, the outstanding quality of Nimlok-NYC’s trade show booth design drew a crowd and this Santiago Calatrava-inspired structure was certainly no exception.
“We pulled out all the stops this year at the Annual Urological Association,” said Paul Mingmongkol, Ferring Pharmaceuticals senior product manager. “Our goal was to build awareness of Degarelix, deliver our key messages to important members of the urology medical community and to establish valuable relationships.”
