Sho-Link Inc. Announces Colleen Johnson as Corp. VP, and Promotes Toni Jendras and Susan Hannes

As Corporate Vice President, Johnson has oversight of accounting, legal, information technology, administration, human resources, and marketing.

She joined Sho-Link soon after its inception in 1993 as a customer service representative. After taking on the role of office manager, she was promoted to director of administration and in 2015 named vice president, business operations.

Johnson relates, “Watching the growth and adaptability of Sho-Link over the past 24 years has deepened my passion for the industry. The unique positioning of Sho-Link in the market allows us to singularly focus on providing the best experiences possible, which in turn enthuses us to initiate solution-oriented strategies and endeavors.”

Johnson is a member of EACA, the Midwest Chapter of EDPA, and the Association for Women in Events. In 2009 she was named one of Exhibit City News’ Top 40 Under 40.

Her other experience includes general manager of specialized onsite services and cost accountant at PCI Energy Services.

Jendras will work closely with Sho-Link’s Corporate Vice President Colleen Johnson to further develop processes and policies, manage administrative staff, and participate in long-term organizational planning. Jendras also oversees the planning and coordination of administrative information technology endeavors, and human resources for the company.

Jendras started her career with Sho-Link in 2006 as a show floor coordinator/ administrative assistant for the Chicago office. In 2011, she was promoted to office manager at Sho-Link’s corporate location. She continued to assist in mentoring and developing new additional office staff members. In December of 2016, she was promoted to director of administration.

“Toni’s enthusiastic leadership provides positive direction and insight throughout Sho-Link,” said Johnson. “She consistently makes significant contributions demonstrating her commitment to improving systems and processes.  Her promotion to director of administration highlights Sho-Link’s continued emphasis on creating long-term value for our clients and co-operative members.”

Hannes, office coordinator, began working with Sho-Link in 2013 as a customer service representative. She was new to the tradeshow industry, but came to Sho-Link with more than 10 years’ experience in customer relations. In February of 2016, she took on a new role as assistant office manager. Over the past year, she has worked with communicating corporate updates company-wide and assisted with office productivity.

“Susan has been an important part of the administrative staff over the last few years, in providing our customers with great experiences,” stated Jendras. “We look forward to Susan guiding the staff to display the same great service.  As Susan takes on her new role of office coordinator, we are confident that her organization and communication skills will benefit our clients as she embraces new challenges.”
