Experient inks three-year deal with the National Retail Federation

The National Retail Federation (NRF) has selected Experient to be its preferred partner for event registration, lead retrieval and CEU management services for nine shows per year over a three-year term.


“Experient’s reputation as a leader in the tradeshow arena combined with their ability to provide technologically advanced products and services spoke volumes to us during the selection process,” said Susan Newman, senior vice president of conferences, NRF. “All of us at NRF are thrilled about this partnership and look forward to mutual success for years to come.”

The partnership adds to Experient’s portfolio all of NRF’s notable shows, including Retail’s BIG Show, Shop.org’s Annual Summit, NRF’s Loss Prevention Conference & EXPO, ARTS User Group events, the HR Summit and LP Executive Summit, Shop.org’s Merchandising Workshop, NRFtech: IT Leadership Summit, and the NRF Global Supply Chain Summit.

Experient, a Maritz Travel Company, provides registration, housing, event planning and management, site sourcing, contract negotiation and lead-retrieval services for associations, tradeshows and government clients.
