Kubik inc. has acquired the U.S. business interests of RapierGroup Inc., which will contribute toward expanding Kubik’s service offerings.
“This most recent acquisition falls right in line with our intention of growing the Kubik brand and increasing our reach for our existing and future client base,” said Elliot Kohn, COO, of Kubik.
The Baltimore-Washington metropolitan-area location will offer full turnkey solutions for Kubik’s clients. Kubik is an event-marketing company providing its clients with imaginative, thinking, unique exhibit and event results and integrated marketing solutions.
In business for more than 25 years and with offices in Amsterdam, Toronto, the Baltimore-Washington metropolitan area and New Jersey, Kubik builds exhibits, environments and events for Fortune 1,000 companies and leading cultural institutions throughout North America and Europe.
