Sabrina Jenkins Launches Atlanta-Based SJL 26 Event Productions

After nearly two decades of spearheading an MLB baseball team’s special event department, veteran Sabrina Jenkins is poised to score a home run with her own firm. She opened Atlanta-based SJL 26 Event Productions on Jan. 16.

“Special events in the professional sports industry continues to grow and offers some of the hottest, most sought-after events in the world,” says Jenkins. “I’m proud to have built a career creating amazing events for Major League Baseball fans, corporate leaders, nonprofits and others looking to bring the WOW factor to their events. I’m excited to now help my own roster of clients create their extraordinary experiences.”

SJL 26 Event Productions offers corporate, personal and large-scale event planning. From weddings and product launches to tradeshows and private concerts, the firm does it all. Services includes unique site selection, logistics, food and beverage planning, décor, entertainment and technical planning, and onsite event management.

Jenkins’ goal is to execute the most exceptional and unique events possible. Her promise to her clients is that every aspect of the event will be handled with expertise and great care. It’s a promise that she’s made and kept time and time again.

While with her former Major League Baseball team, Jenkins built a strong reputation in the Atlanta hospitality industry, working with some of the area’s top event designers and destination management companies. She’s been honored by the Allie Awards, which celebrates excellence in Georgia’s live event industry. She has also been named one of Atlanta’s 100 Top Black Women of Influence by the Atlanta Business League the past 10 years and was named one of the Women of Excellence by the Atlanta Tribune in 2018.

Jenkins has strong relationships throughout the industry both locally and nationally having been a member of the Atlanta Convention and Visitors Bureau and Meeting Professionals International. She also serves as the Atlanta Chapter President for Women in Sports and Events (WISE).
