Part of our pre-opening team, Helen has been instrumental in helping ICC Sydney to build and now maintain excellent client relationships. Her experience in the exhibition industry and growth in international events has seen her help secure events of all scales and requirements to positively impact the venue, city and wider community.”

Donaghy adds, “A highly regarded member of our event service team, Jack’s expertise is invaluable to ICC Sydney. He has been praised by his colleagues and clients alike for continuing to deliver excellent service for our clients with world class proficiency following the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic.”

Claudia Sagripanti EEAAEEAA CEO Claudia Sagripanti (pictured right) congratulated Helen on her award win. “ICC Sydney has a well-earned reputation for its talented people which are at the heart of its operations,” says Sagripanti.  “In a year like no other, Helen has made an outstanding contribution to ICC Sydney and the wider industry which deserves the recognition of an EEAA Award for Excellence.”

Held Dec. 8, ICC Sydney was proud to host the national industry awards which celebrate the exceptional work of organizers, association organizers, venues and suppliers in the exhibition and events industry. As a result of the impact of COVID-19 on the exhibitions and business events industry in 2020, the awards were run in a condensed format focusing on the people who have made a significant contribution to their company and the industry.
Delivered in a hybrid format with a seamless live broadcast, the complete event program featured the EEAA Annual General Meeting and election of the next EEAA Executive Committee alongside an invitation-only CEO Forum – each run in a hybrid format and seamlessly broadcast to a remote audience.

Sagripanti says, “I would like to thank the ICC Sydney for their partnership with the EEAA, enabling the Association to deliver its first hybrid event line-up. The facilities are truly world-class, featuring cutting edge technology and an expert technical production, event delivery and marketing team who delivered first-class service throughout the lifecycle of these three very important for events.”
