Expo Convention Contractors (EXPO) is thrilled to introduce four outstanding professionals who have recently joined the team. Each brings a wealth of experience, passion, and expertise that will further strengthen EXPO’s commitment to delivering top-tier events and tradeshow solutions.
Gina Dutton – Senior Account Executive & Event Services (Orlando, FL)
With over 20 years of leadership experience in the tradeshow and special events industry, Gina Dutton joins EXPO with an impressive background in developing strong partnerships and executing high-profile events. She brings a service-oriented approach along with her operational expertise and creative background.
Most recently, Gina led the Macy’s Chicago Thanksgiving Parade Igloo Exhibition for Marriott Bonvoy, demonstrating her ability to bring creative concepts to life. Originally from Chicago, IL, Gina’s expertise in design and marketing fuels her passion for educating clients new to the industry.
As a Senior Account Executive, Gina is dedicated to elevating EXPO’s special events across the U.S. by fostering growth, improving processes, and enhancing client satisfaction. Her goal is to expand EXPO’s presence in the industry while providing innovative event solutions. A dedicated sports mom, Gina, recently moved to Florida with her two sons and enjoys traveling, beach walks, and cheering for her Green Bay Packers.
Jeffrey Deramo – Director of Sales (Miami, FL)
Bringing over 25 years of experience leading high-performing teams in the U.S. and U.K., Jeffrey Deramo is set to drive EXPO’s sales strategy forward. A graduate of Florida State University, Jeffrey specializes in building and leading teams to sustainable success.
At EXPO, Jeffrey’s focus is on unleashing the full potential of the sales team while aligning strategies with the company’s growth objectives. His leadership approach centers on fostering a strong company culture and identifying scalable opportunities to expand EXPO’s impact.
Passionate about unlocking his team’s full potential, Jeffrey looks forward to driving measurable sales success. His personal interests include traveling extensively, having visited nearly 60 countries—boating and enjoying fine wine over dinner with friends. A lifelong U2 fan, he and his wife have traveled across three continents to see them live, with Tokyo 2019 being a standout experience.
Victoria Plotnikova – Account Executive (Orlando, FL)
A dynamic account executive, Victoria Plotnikova specializes in lead generation, event strategy, and client relationship management. Her expertise includes identifying networking opportunities at industry events, managing customer relationships, and supporting sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
Victoria’s interest in corporate events extends beyond logistics—she is deeply passionate about brain health and its impact on productivity and engagement. She is focused on integrating stress-reduction strategies into event planning to enhance memory retention and overall participant experience.
In her role at EXPO, Victoria is committed to elevating the company’s presence by bringing fresh, creative ideas that enhance the brand and drive business success. She also finds joy in dance, music, fashion, and travel—Switzerland being her ultimate happy place.
Garrison R. Fries – Sales Consultant (Las Vegas, NV)
With nearly three decades in cabinet design and manufacturing, Garrison Fries transitioned to EXPO after his previous company was acquired. He now plays a key role in sales and facilitates construction and installation projects through the Las Vegas warehouse.
Garrison is excited about bringing his experience in streamlined production and logistics to EXPO. His focus is on increasing sales at the Las Vegas branch while ensuring a calm and efficient work environment that reduces operational chaos and enhances decision-making.
His passion for mentoring extends beyond the workplace—he has coached youth flag football for over 11 years, competing at regional and national levels. A fun fact: Garrison has attended 83 Phish concerts since 1995. His mantra? Work hard, play hard.
