Industry Veteran Brings Strong Expertise in Brand Experience, Marketing and Strategic Partnerships

Dayton, NJ – Impact XM, a global event and experiential marketing agency, has hired Matt Pensinger as Senior Vice President, Client Services. Pensinger will play a key role in guiding strategic marketing initiatives, combining a deep understanding of client objectives with industry expertise to create impactful, engagement-driven brand experiences—particularly within the life sciences sectors.
Most recently, Pensinger held a senior executive role at a leading global brand experience agency, where he led high-profile client relationships across several major industries and oversaw the agency’s Chicago office, along with multiple U.S.-based specialty practices. Throughout his career, he has built a strong track record in client service strategy, experiential marketing and integrated brand campaigns. He has extensive experience leading both B2B and B2C event programs–from customer conferences, product launches and internal meetings to large-scale global conventions and roadshows. His background spans industries including, life sciences, CPG, automotive, and technology, with a focus on delivering brand experiences that drive engagement, build loyalty, and create meaningful impact. Over the years, Pensinger has worked with globally recognized brands such as McDonald’s, Procter & Gamble, and Diageo, as well as a portfolio of leading pharmaceutical and life sciences companies.
