SITE Appoints Rebecca Wright as Interim CEO

The Society for Incentive Travel Excellence (SITE) has appointed Rebecca Wright, CIS, CITP, as interim CEO while the association conducts a separate search for a permanent chief executive.

Wright brings more than 15 years of experience in the incentive travel industry and has held several leadership roles within SITE. A former chapter leader and president of SITE Chicago, she joined the association as head of chapter engagement in January 2020 and previously served as interim CEO from October 2020 through November 2022.

Her appointment followed a process led by SITE’s Executive Committee and affirmed by the SITE International Board of Directors. Wright succeeds Annette Gregg and will oversee the association’s operations, support its staff and work with members and chapter leaders during the transition.

“It is a privilege to return to SITE and serve this community once again as Interim CEO,” Wright said. “My immediate focus will be on supporting the team, listening closely to our members and chapters, and building on the momentum already established across the association.”
