Pinnacle has appointed Allison Beck and Erin Kana as executive creative directors as the experiential agency reorganizes its creative team into two dedicated studios. The new structure separates concept-led experiential work from design-led environmental work while allowing the two groups to collaborate across projects.
Beck leads Pinnacle’s experiential studio, which develops the ideas and stories that shape how brands engage audiences. Kana leads the environmental studio, which focuses on translating concepts and spaces into branded environments. Both studios work alongside Pinnacle’s strategists and fabrication teams.
The appointments also reunite Beck and Kana with Pinnacle Chief Creative Officer Jimmy Doucette. The three previously worked together at Jack Morton on projects for brands including Guinness, Under Armour and Abbott Diagnostics.
“Our clients are asking us to help shape more of the idea, and we’ve built our creative team around that opportunity,” Doucette said. “These studios give both disciplines room to grow, with the collaboration to bring them together around what the client needs.”
Beck brings more than 15 years of experience, including roles at Spiro and Jack Morton. Her client work has included Bose, Guinness, McDonald’s and World Central Kitchen. She joined Pinnacle in May to build and lead the experiential studio.

“Radical ideas excite me, especially work that pushes boundaries with original thinking while still resonating with the brand,” Beck said. “That’s what people fall in love with.”
Kana also brings more than 15 years of experience creating brand experiences. Her client portfolio includes Jim Beam, Maker’s Mark, Wilson, Ulta Beauty and AbbVie. She joined Pinnacle in July as the agency’s two-studio structure was taking shape.
“What drew me to Pinnacle was the opportunity to bring big creative thinking together with such deep expertise in craft and fabrication,” Kana said.
