Displayit, a leading provider of trade show booths and displays, is pleased to announce several exciting executive appointments that will allow Displayit to continue serving customers, expanding the product offerings, and growing by leaps and bounds.

Displayit

Displayit has a 25-year track record of manufacturing some of the best trade show displays and signage. Displayit has a strong reputation in the industry with time-tested products. Displayit is based in Atlanta.

 

Marty Gareau has been promoted to General Manager of Displayit, assuming full responsibility for people, customers, operations, and financial performance of the business.  Marty joined Displayit in 2022 as VP of Sales for the High Impact Services division, focused on rental booths.  In 2023, Marty earned an expansion in his scope taking on our Portables business as SVP of Sales.  In January 2024, Marty took on ownership of production as EVP of Sales and Operations.

Marty is an experienced professional with a background in Industrial Engineering from the University of Dayton. He started his career in 2006 at Case-Mate, where he managed the global supply chain, led product development, and oversaw day-to-day operations for 8 years.  Marty worked at Spoke Custom, a spinoff from Case-Mate, for 9 years ultimately serving as VP of Production.

 

PG Exhibits

In 2023, Displayit purchased a sister company PG Exhibits, which is an exhibit house that designs and manufactures custom trade show booths. PG Exhibits is +25 years old. The headquarters / production facility is in Denver and there is a satellite facility in Dallas.

Aaron Kozar has joined PG Exhibits as General Manager.  Aaron has been in the exhibit industry for over 20 years. He has positively impacted operations and revenue for Orbus Exhibit and Display, Astound Group and Royal Printing. He grew up on the production floor, spending years putting products together, moving crates, and managing storage.  He implemented best practices, streamlined workflows, created standardized reporting, and built trusted relationships internally and externally.  In 2011, Orbus asked Aaron to move to Las Vegas and ultimately serve as General Manager of that facility. He thrived in the excitement of a fast-growing company, loved contributing to shaping the culture and overseeing all functions. He drove increases in sales, expanded business development, implemented 5S and Six Sigma manufacturing principles, and oversaw the integration of acquired businesses.

In 2023, Aaron joined Astound as the Managing Director where he was responsible for the financial performance of the business, fostering the culture, and managing the operations.

Heather Lamb has formally assumed the role of CFO/CIO of Displayit and PG Exhibits.  She is an experienced finance executive who has a history of building and managing finance, accounting, IT, payroll, HR and administrative teams. During her 30+ year career, she has been a leader for a variety of companies across diverse industries including manufacturing, after-market service and parts distribution, SaaS/DaaS, and online higher education.  Heather will lead the financial activities and IT services at the entity level for both companies.

 

 

 

Chrissy Hoff has formally assumed the role of Vice President of Human Resources of Displayit and PG Exhibits.  She is a senior human resource professional with extensive generalist experience and demonstrated ability to successfully build strong relationships across diverse businesses and industries.      Throughout her 25+ years in human resources she has successfully been a strategic partner to business and executive leaders, working to align talent strategy in support of Company objectives.  Chrissy will lead all aspects of human resources practices and processes at the entity level for both companies.

Marty, Aaron, Heather, and Chrissy will all report directly to Adam Chait, CEO of Displayit and PG Exhibits. Displayit and PG Exhibits are owned by Source Capital, a private investment firm focused on creating value in lower middle market companies.
