Bringing three days of business and education, IBTM India (Incentives, Business Travel & Meetings Expo) sets the stage for an annual networking event in Mumbai. Taking place Sept. 12-14, the event is limited to a small number of 100 buyers and 100 exhibitors.
This closed-door event offers a time-efficient way to do business through pre-arranged meetings over tabletop format.
“IBTM India is a business event which we have created with our customers objectives in mind,” said Shinu Pillai, project manager, Reed Travel Exhibitions, IBTM India. “It will present a diverse range of destinations and products from over 20 countries and 10 Indian cities to a handpicked number of buyers selected through a qualification process, ensuring higher levels of return on time and investment.”
IBTM India will host a mix of Indian and international senior decision makers representing corporations, associations and agencies, including corporate buyers, travel agents, Indian and International associations and societies, incentive houses, event management companies, professional conference organizers and business travel managers.
“I understand that IBTM events are the leading global events for the meetings and events industry happening at a number of destinations in the world,” said Kapil Arora, MICE director, Travel Wizard, New Delhi. “I have attended these types of events organized by Reed Travel Exhibitions in the past and I found all of the events are very fruitful and interesting for professional education and business networks. I am expecting exactly the same from IBTM India.”
