The International Meetings Review (IMR) announced a new partnership with bXb Group LLC’s affiliate, BOB.tv. The new collaboration kicks off at the EIBTM Global Meetings & Events Expo on Nov. 19-21 in Barcelona, Spain.
The IMR planner resource is the world’s first industry “supersite” for international meeting planners. Establishing a commitment from both organizations, the partnership with BOB.tv allows each to become a global online destination for event to stay connected to industry trends, meetings and events.
With a rich and unique library of curated media content, BOB.tv’s B2B Events Network is supported by thought leaders and founding industry partners, including ASAE, IAEE, MPI and PCMA.
“As we are building a unique content curated platform with the active support of ASAE, IAEE, MPI and PCMA, partnering with International Meetings Review and its outreach to 300,000 meeting professionals worldwide is a great opportunity for BOB.tv and certainly an amazing added value for any individual in our industry,” said Eric Rozenberg, executive director, B2B Events Network, BOB.tv.
EIBTM marks the first of many content-centered joint initiatives between IMR and BOB.tv. Sponsored by London & Partners, BOB.tv and IMR will partner with leading global editors to deliver an onsite streaming TV service to cover the EIBTM meeting. In addition to experiencing the live reactions from the show floor of 15,000 meetings and events industry professionals, virtual participants will view keynote interviews with industry leaders. This unique 360-degree perspective will capture international news, technology developments, meeting support, industry trends and ROI measurement techniques from global leaders.
Supported by provisions from Abbit and the Meeting Support Institute, the BOB.tv and IMR partnership at EIBTM will facilitate onsite interviews with leaders in meeting design and architecture.
“BOB.tv is a wonderful extension to International Meetings Review`s global network of industry publishers, events and associations – the IMRN,” said James Latham, executive producer, International Meetings Review. “This latest collaboration will enable IMR to support existing network partners and enrich content and reach, whilst delivering an enhanced meeting planner experience. IMR is delighted to be initiating its partnership with BOB at EIBTM this year.”
