Pacific World, a Mmeetings, incentive, conference and exhibition (MICE) business in Asia and Europe, announced on May 23 at IMEX Frankfurt that it is expanding into Southern Africa.
Through a partnership with African Travel Concept (ATC), an inbound tour operator, Pacific World Southern Africa has offices in Cape Town and Windhoek. Pacific World Southern Africa delivers meeting, incentive, congress and event programs across the region including South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Mozambique, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
“The launch of Pacific World Southern Africa is an important step towards establishing Pacific World as a global DMC, event management and PCO company,” said Harsha Krishnan, business development director, Pacific World. “In Southern Africa, the partnership with ATC allows Pacific World clients to benefit from the local network and knowledge of an established leading inbound operator and a specialised MICE team whilst at the same time benefiting from the scale and operational guarantee of Pacific World globally.”
